Working Principle and Application Scope of Food Packaging Machine
Food vacuum cooler is the key equipment for the preservation and safety of packaged food. Compared with the general cooling methods (natural cooling, blast cooling, cold room cooling), it not only achieves sterile cooling, but also has faster cooling speed (only 5-15 minutes, the general cooling method needs at least several hours to dozens of hours). It can also achieve uniform cooling of food center and surface at the same time, thus avoiding bacteria at 55 ~15 C. In the breeding temperature zone between 30 C, the hygienic quality of food cooling is guaranteed, and the key technical equipment for ensuring food safety of packaging and preventing food poisoning is provided.
