General knowledge of daily maintenance of packaging machine

With the continuous development of science, the continuous progress of society, the continuous progress and maturity of science and technology, the domestic packaging machinery is also constantly improving. Long time operation of the machine will cause damage to the equipment, how do we usually need to maintain the packaging machine, so that it can play a good packaging effect?

First of all, when operating the packaging machine, it is necessary to operate the equipment accurately. For simple equipment maintenance personnel, they must be proficient in the use of instruments and have the ability of simple troubleshooting. Contact with manufacturers cannot be ruled out and rectification cannot be carried out at will.

Daily maintenance: ensure the equipment is clean and dry, and regularly check whether the terminals are loose, whether there is poor contact, etc.

Basic knowledge of packaging machine maintenance:

1. The screws and other parts of the packaging machine shall be inspected regularly to avoid loosening of screws and affecting the service life of the machine. When the machine is stopped, the two heat seals shall be in the open position to prevent the packaging materials from being damaged by scalding.

2. The packaging machine shall be placed in a dry place, paying attention to the waterproof, moisture-proof, anti-corrosion and rat proof of the electrical part; the electric control box and terminals shall be kept clean to prevent electrical failure.

3. The gear roll joint, oil filling hole of bearing with seat and all moving parts of the packaging machine shall be lubricated with oil regularly.

Note: when filling the anti-skid oil, please pay attention not to drop the oil on the drive belt, so as to prevent slipping, loss of rotation or aging damage of the belt.

4. If it is a liquid packaging machine, it should be noted that materials do not penetrate into machine parts to avoid damage to equipment parts and affect work efficiency.
